Normal human gastrointestinal tract contains hundreds of different of species of bacteria, referred to as intestinal flora. When normal balance of these bacteria is disturbed, most common effect is diarrhea. Probiotic comes into work by re-colonizing by restoring balance to the intestinal foral.
